MINING

Drinking water grade polyacrylamide is mainly used in raw water treatment, sugar, fermentation and other fields. Adding polyacrylamide to sediment flocculation in raw water treatment can effectively reduce the surplus of polyester aluminum, thereby reducing the excessive production of sludge, recommended grade ZX-A356, ZX-A456. In the sugar industry, polyacrylamide is used in flocculation and precipitation solution, thus obtaining clarified sugar solution, recommended grade ZX-A556. The separation and purification of sugarcane waste honey can be used for composite treatment of PAC and PAM, recommended grade ZX-A356, ZX-A556. In the fermentation industry, the recovery of solid substances in the dilute water separated by alcohol, recommended grade ZX-A356, ZX-A556; in the process of midbiomicrobial fermentation, polyacrylamide was selected as a flocculant, which achieved high-efficiency flocculation on midbiomicrobial fermentation, improved liquid sequestration performance, recommended grade ZX-C9040.


Alumina mine

In the process of production of alumina production processes of a water hard aluminum, trihydrate aluminium or mixed bauxite, the mineral crushing to less than 1mm grade is first crushed. Add sodium hydroxide concentration and high temperature and high pressure. Aluminum dissolves in high corrosive liquids, and none of the impurities other than soluble silicon are dissolved.

After the above process, the gravel was removed along with the mine that was precipitated by the primary concentration. Anonic polyacrylamide flocculant was added to the primary concentration pool. This is a very important process to clarify the overflow. The bottom stream of the concentrated pool, the red mud, will be treated through a reverse flow sediment process. Aluminum in the liquid in this process is recycled through a series of washing sediment pools. At this time, anion polyacrylamide flocculant is again used to facilitate rapid settlement and obtain a clarification overflow that meets the requirements.

Aluminum-rich primary concentration tank overflow through filtering, cooling (48 hours), filling aluminum hydrate to promote the precipitation of aluminum trihydrate. Aluminum is obtained after filtering washing and calcination.

Coal Industry

After the extraction of coal, according to the ash of the coal, the granular size of the different classification; in order to obtain the burning value of the raw coal, usually use the flotation process to complete, the coal grain and impurities in the water medium to achieve separation, coal floating on the above, impurities sink into the water bottom, the coal is classified after treatment, so as to obtain the coal products. In the above process, the pink impurities and water are produced, this pink impurities and water need to be further treated for recycling, so that water can be recycled; in this process, polyacrylamide is used as a flocculant, which can improve the separation efficiency of impurities and water.

Gold and silver mines

Lead and Zinc
In the process of secreting zinc sulfide: the mineral is oxidized to zinc oxide by calcining. Then oxide is leaching with sulfuric acid. A moderately acidic filtrate with a pH of about 5 and a sour filtrate with pH 2.5 can dissolve the entire concentrate in sulfuric acid. Some enrichment factories add the concentration process for hot filtration to further increase extraction. The inverse irrigation system is usually used to clean the drain of neutral concentration. In the process of lead-cycle filtering, an anionic polyacrylamide flock is used to accelerate the deposition of minerals and lighten the filtrate, increase the efficiency of the process and reduce the loss of minerals.

Copper Mine

Pulpa or tails from the maritime enters the condenser for further upholding. At this moment, a floculant is added to promote rapid precipitation and obtaining pure overflow. The lightened runoff will be used as a flip water. The remaining concentrated tails will be poured into a centrifuga for centrifugal dehydration, and an anionic polyacrylamide flock will be added as a centrifugal additive.

Gas bubbles loaded with copper (concentrate) are mechanically separated from overflow. Then it is concentrated and dehydrated. Currently, an anionic polyacrylamide flock is used to increase the efficiency of precipitation and filtering. The resulting concentrate or sediment on the filter contains from approximately 25% to 35% copper. This will be processed through pyrometallurgy.

Nickel mine

Use and Dosage:

This dispersion is formulated into 0.1-0.5% concentration solution. Spread a kilogram of dispersion into a ton of water evenly, pay attention to stir while dispersing while spreading, dissolve 1 hour after the filter through 40 mesh screen filter into a sparse solution, and use 3-5 times water dilution. Dosage is 100-300ppm
